When I was there (three years ago in early Feb.) the corner markets had such beautiful things. You certainly will be able to get fresh veg at the markets. I just read Julia Child's My Life in France, and I swear the next time I am in the city of lights I am going to suss out her fave shop for pots and pans...I want to say it was at Les Halles so it may be gone by now, sniff...<BR/><BR/>Have a great time.
